NHQR State Snapshot

State Snapshots of state-specific healthcare quality information are now available. The state-level information used to create the Snapshots is based on data collected for the National Healthcare Quality Report (NHQR). Colorado’s Snapshot as well as other resources regarding healthcare quality and disparities are available online.
